Grill Mod :D What you think??

Hey guys. just thought id post up a few pics of my grill...

so i took the grill out, poped out the chrome bagde, and sprayed the surround silver.

what you think??

cant take the credit for the idea i saw someone on here (cant remember who) and he said about popping out the badge... so i thought id just spray the surround aswell

Does look good though! How did you fix the badge back in place? I had looked at doing something different with mine a while back, but then never bothered. I've got some time off work coming up soon though, so this could be another job to add to my 'to do list' while I'm off!

Just go with black, instead of the yellow! That's the way I intend to go as I agree with you...I don't think yellow would look that great!

the whole grill itself has 4 clips, they just pop on and off pretty easy. just be sure not to break the clips.
then the chrome badge is seperate to the grill, its got 2 plastic mold sort of attachments, pretty easy to take apart

I think it may have been... behind the badge theres a bit of black plastic, think its to stop stones/flys etc. away from the radiator, but i dont know whether to take it off.. it doesnt go the whole way down the badge so just finishes half way.

might just cut it so u cant thru the S gap. or just take it out completely

what did u do with it??
