Ok so today I know have same problem again black smoke and can't get full boost is it poss that now I fixed it it as found another place to leak from

Yes was just driving along And as I came to full boost it didnt hit an now has same symptoms as before

I'd just check round the hoses and see if you can spot any hoses popped off anywhere. Check where they put the clip on yesterday, too, as if it's been leaking, there may be an oil layer making it easier to slip off again.

fair chance its the same hose again. If a hose gets a little bit of grease or oil on it the clip can slip off. When u find the offending part give it a clean with a rag and make sure its free of any grease/oil and it should hold:)

I went and got a new reducer pipe and high pressure clamp for it the pipe was really tight to fit but it could well still have oil on but would that make a difference with the pipe being so tight to get on

I'd check around that area to make sure it's not come off again or check is there's a pipe popped off somewhere else. It's probably just a split in a pipe or just partly popped off, especially if it's idling OK, so check carefully.

If the hose has come away from where it connects, as in, no boost going between the two pipes, it would stall. Get the hoses checked for leaks and hopefully you'll find your issue. Remember, it could be anywhere on the boost run, including diverter valve.

I have what I think are two n75 valves one as no pipes on at all n the othe as one missing

Doesn't Photobucket get arsey about bandwidth on photos after a while? It always felt a bit of a temporary place to put photos personally?

I will get soe pics on in while but it is misfiring on tick over what does an n 75 valve do?

The N75 controls the actuator so if that wasn't working, or you unplugged it, it would just limit you down the pressure the actuator can handle without the positive vacuum pressure. That's not likely to be your issue. If you didn't have it plumbed in to the port pointing down out of the N75, your turbo would make unregulated pressure. Again, it won't make it misfire.

If you think it is misfiring, unplug the injectors one by one to see if it gets worse. When you find one injector that does nothing (no increase in how lumpy it is running) then you have found the cylinder the misfire is happening on. It could either be a pencil coil or a spark plug at that point. It's probably more likely to be a coil, though, as they are renowned for failing on these engines. A misfire would account for it running badly and you'd get unburnt fuel resulting in black smoke.

Been ok with me i always use it!

Maybe I should give it a better chance ;)
