Do you have two n75 valves as I seam to have two of them with pretty much the same numbers on one has no pipes attached

And who it stop me getting over say 4-5 psi cause when I do get revs up bit that's all I get at min but fine when not driving

You need to get pictures on here, check for leaks on the pipes and unplug the injectors one by one if it's misfiring or sounding like it's running on 3 cylinders.

I can only help so much until you try some stuff :)

Ok thank you for all your help so far I am going to get started in the morning on it again as it's bit loud and don't want to Piss neighbours off with it I will let you know what I find out in the morning and try and get pics on

OK, the images are the N112, which is an exhaust gas diverter which is used to warm the cat up. The next is an N249 which is used to electronically control the diverter valve and I lastly, I think that that you have in your hand is the N112. You can bypass both the N112 (back of the rocker cover on the left) and N249 (back of the rocker cover on the right) so you don't have any of those to worry about.

You need a positive vacuum source going to the top of the diverter valve and also one to the fuel pressure regulator. That should get you going and should be all the vacuum hoses you need.

I think you're yet to find the N75 there, though. The N75 is in between the charge pipe and the turbo intake pipe. You'll see the pipe coming off them in to the valve.

I have just spoken to psi tuning in new castle and he says the plugs that are in it off the shelf from ces could be a problem also does this sound like it could be a problem

Can I upload videos same as pics? And it's lumpy on tick over and won't rev past like 3500rpm as it's like spluttering and boost gadge flutters up and down on tick over and when you get revs up only seams be getting 4psi and still black smoke when revving

Will put some more pics on in a non and I have changed the plugs again for laser platinum NGK r as psi tuning told me think that's stopped the miss fire

The valve that has 2 blue hoses coming off it and it's attached to the back of the rocker cover, where does the pipe from the bottom go to? That would normally go to your diverter valve but you have a cold side?
