handbrake light flashing and beeping

I know this is an old topic. I have just had the same fault, got it plugged in..... Turns out my ABS pump is knackered.... Waiting for quote for a repair

Yeah had the same problem with the 2 lights coming on. Just had my pads changed so in theory I shouldn’t need more fluid. Also did anyone have something (probably the pump) stay on in the car after turning the engine on?
