Personnally I'd make one, or get one made... all the off the shelf ones are sh*te and sit way too high! All you need are two runners made up that the side mounts can bolt to. A 'T' shaped one for the front, and an 'I' shaped one for the back so they go into the runners.
There have been loads of threads about this though, have a search. I'm sure F2 Stu was the last person to make subframes. MK2 MK3 are identical for reference!
