Having some problems

Hi there,

I am having some problems with my leon. I used a OBDlink scanner with my phone and was given 2 codes:

P0642 Sensor Reference Voltage A Circuit Low

P2101 Throttle Actuator A Control Motor Circuit Range Performance

If anyone has any advice on what is causing these problems and how to best go about fixing/looking into them further it would be greatly appreciated.
I also have a glow plug warning light on my dash, and also my traction control light is constantly on. The car is in some sort of Limp mode.
