Headlight won't switch on

2 month old lean with led and auto lights

Driving today in the rain and very dark I didn't think headlights came on...no indication. When I got home I have tried turning headlights on and don't seem to be able to, I turn the dial furthest to the right and nothing lights up on switch or dash and headlights don't come on.

Tried the auto main beam assist function and that doesn't seem to work either.

The main beam does work when with the stalk

What am I doing wrong or do I have an issue, found fuse box under bonnet but can't believe there isn't an index for the fuses anywhere

Can't find the fuse box inside the car

Update I can see the fuse box is behind glove box but I haven't checked all fuses in there yet

Now it's a bit darker I have tried lights again and they do come on but still can't see any notification anywhere to show they are on and still can't get the main beam assist function to work

The car doesn't notify you that they're on. Switching the lights on should be enough notification lol

If I remember rightly the light symbol next to the light switch should illuminate green when the lights are activated, it's not at eye level so just cross your fingers

Not if they are on auto it's not always obvious wether they are on or not

Thanks, I assumed the headlight next to the switch should light up ,the bottom right symbol.

The symbol above that does light up which I assumed was side lights

If your dash is illuminated (not just speedo, but dash&buttons), then lights are on. Otherwise are off.

You can clearly see it even in sunny day on two LEDs which illuminates your gearstick space (located under the roof in the middle).

There is no indication on speedo about status of lights.

The headlight symbol doesn't light up, only the sidelight symbol. Which is a shame really
