Headlights...Please Help

I was wondering if anyone knew where I need to tape the headlights up to make them legal to drive in mainland europe at night on my leon.

I know you can buy those light delectors at Halfords but they seem very difficult to remove.

Please help!

I think it tells you in the manual, doesn't it? Worth a look if you haven't done so already. If not I'm sure any MOT garage will be able to do it for you so you know it's spot on.

My problem is that my manual is in Dutch and I am going on the ferry tomorrow morning so I dont have time to go to an MOT garage.

Hopefully someone on this forum will be able to solve my problem

Right happen to have manual with me at work (geek)...

You need:

Drivers Side
A patch 7cm wide x 5cm high at the bottom of the drivers side headlamp 3.5cm in from where the Indicator meets the headlamp.

&

Passengers Side
A patch 7.5cm wide x 5cm high at the bottom of the passengers side headlamp 11cm in from where the indicator meets the headlamp.

Haven't got a scanner here that I can use, so can supply pic's i'm afraid.
