Headreset repair

Hello,

I found that my aftermarket Cupra has a damaged headrest (Front Right Passenger).
Do you guys think it can be repaired ?

Is there another piece of plastic on the front headrest cloth inside that the flap goes 'inside' and hooks into? Sorry I can't be more precise.

Hello Yern ,there is a piece of plastic which loooks like the white/yellow one inside but it's very small and seems to be broken since i can remove it.

Sorry for being so late answering. I've been sick this whole time. The car workshop fixed it =)
