As a new LCR owner, I am going through the usual paranoia.

This time is about the steering. Its seems very heavy compared to what I am used to. I know there is more rubber on the tarmac (used to 205 tyres), and my tyres are getting near the limit, but the steering just seems very heavy.
Is this an LCR characteristic? or do I have a problem?

Nope, when I moved from the Cupra to a new LCR I had the same problem, as well as the turning circle being much wider..que embarassing parking attempts :)

It's only really a problem at low speed, try higher speed manouvers and you'll see that the car is designed to be driven fast!

Like ianc says, its meant to be driven fast and it does become less apparant.
Fluids are fine & the car is lowered on collies & its as before.
