Help?aerial issue.

Guys I can not get the original aerial off to replace it with smaller nicer looking one.Tried unscrewing the aerial and giving it a good tug but it won't budge.Even tried the mk1 method of unscrewing then pushing it downwards then pulling it out.No joy there either.Any more ideas??????????

I had to give my aerial a really good pull to get it out. Try lots of different directions when trying to remove it - It'll budge in the end!

Will it come out when I unscrew it and just pull then? but pull really hard.

unscrew it ..... pull like a ba$tard ... it will eventually come off.

I think i have seen a post on this one think it could be under bee sting arial

its because there meant to be anti-theft but you can get them out like said in the previous posts by just pulling hard (watch not to crease/bend the roof whilst pulling the aerial)

if your struggling to turn the ariel itself i got sum pliers or grips and tried to get it to turn, but be carefull you could damage the the roof or the ariel

Forget this thread now guys.Just sussed a way of gettin the aerial off and posted it on another thread so cheers for pointing me in the right direction.
