Help Just Lowered My Ibiza Mk4 On Coilovers Need Help!!!

Hi there new to this, i just lowered my ibiza with coilover kit and it is fine at front apart from wen it was lowered the anti roll bar touched drive shaft so had to play about with it and find drop links that where shorter and fitted any1 no where the rite shorter 1's can be bought from? yet that ain thr problem on the rear it is as if there is no play on the back axle as if it is solid no play in it at all the only play is the tyre i no it sounds bad coz bye the sounds of it the axle bushes are tacking all the impact?? and a got a clunking noise from front passenger side and can't fond wot it is?? any1 else had problems with there ibiza in this way when dropping it??? thanks

yeah there are loads of threads about clonking noises and lowering just do a search, it's all there matey

you may come across a few threads about text speak whilst you're at it too

sounds like it's been fitted wrong (or it's too low)

The clonking sounds like rear driveshaft and the anti roll bars. The back end though - never heard of that before!

How low have you dropped it?

when fitting any coil over kit, because coil overs tend to sit quite low, you need to buy the adjustable drop links

these come standard on a set of Neuspeed anti roll bars, or you can buy the adjustable drop links

about £40 I think....

that will stop your knocking sound if it is rubbing. failing that if its still knocking after they have been fitted then there is an issue with the kit

**EDIT** I remember I had a similar issue years ago, and the powerflex bushes had not been fitted, so the suspension was just bottoming out and clunking about

failing that, what Kit is it? just saying if it is a cheaper kit, it may have issues, as again I had similar....buy cheap, buy twice...was the kit from Ebay per chance?

they r kw i think, i have fitted coilovers before on my c2 spax 1's and never had hassle liek this like, driveshafts r fine, only knocks from driverside when turn steering sometimes, the car had shox and springs seperate on rear but kit bought toke that away and made it the 1 unit which thought was odd,
