right some of you yesterday might have been able to smell petrol around my car

anyway went to start my car up today and petrol was spraying out of one of the hoses leading to the inlet manifold (underneath the cold air feed)

where can i get the fuel hoses cheap, the seat dealer wants £57 for the two hoses?

this might have explain my terrible mpg, £10 got me 50miles

i didnt drive like a tool yesterday on the way back from inters, cos i knew i had the problem, i felt sick when i got home cos of the smell

is changing the hose over easy? dont you have to de-pressurise the system or sumthing, i've never done it before

There's no F in Quality..
you need to unplug the fuel pump relay (not sure which number it is... check Haynes or your Handbook), and then turn the ignition over, which will depressurise the fuel hose....

check that there is a suitable place to clamp the new hose to at either end before you go cutting the old one off !!! ;)
