hi peeps,


putting an induction kit in my car,, but how do i get the big cover off the engine?

hope you can understand what i mean..

If ya mean the big plastic cover which will say the model of yur engine on it.

All ya have to do is pull stright up gently till you feel the front plugs come out. Then slide the cover towards the front of the car as there is a clamp at the back which you can see!

and any idea if the big cover will go back on after kit is on?

Depends. I am not very familiar with the 1.4 engine and i have just looked up the cover on your car and it is different to the one on mine so the removal may be different but i would not have thought it would require much effort to remove or any unbolting anything if you know what i mean. it should just be clipped in place.

Just jiggle it a bit!
