help with changing interior door handle

Hey,
I owned a IBIZA 6J FR 2013 Coupe
My right interior door handle is broken [Driver side is left]
I bought a new door handle and tried to replace it myself,
I have to take off the whole door trim to replace the door handle? or its possible to only take the old one out and replace it?

Need tips for it.. I wont do any damage.

you need to remove the door trim, it has screws in the back.
