Help!

im in the process of removing the metal panel from the door of the ibiza. (for dynamatting)

have undone all the goldcoloured bolts (about 10 of them)am having trouble removing the panel.

do i need to remove the 3 large silver torx from around the window motor?

am assuming the window is fixed to the up/down cabling, so the motor has to get disconnected from it somewhow

if i cannot get the white bit disconnected from the cabling inside i might use spray on dynamat
