hid bulbs or kits

i was wondering if someone could tell me the diffenrence beetween the hid xeon bulbs an the hid kits you can buy.... im after upgrading my lights an want to no what to do? also anyone no of where can get decent kits from? two products lookin at are

The bulb is just that a replacement bulb.

The HID kit is bulbs that are powered by high voltage ballasts, they are 1 million times better than them bulbs you are linking to above.
That kit is a high price, you an get them for £40 and less on ebay.

You need H7 bulbs and choose the "colour" you want from the list the lower the number the more white light they give off.

Buy the cheapest you can find!
Sounds rubish advice but all of these China/Hong Kong manufacturers are near as identical.
I got mine from Diane-Shop

£35 delivered, came in less than a week from Hong Kong, can't fault the quality and easy-peasy to fit.

I am of the opinion they are all made in the same place, they just have different packaging at the end of the production line.
