Hi guys, fitted the 6000k kit from mydepots at the w/end, it went hitch free and the kit works great.

The RH side was fuss free and worked great, however now i have both the LH and RH hooked up when i turn the lights on for the first time my REV and MPH dials drop to zero then return to normal reading???

What the hell caused this? it didnt do it when i only had the RH hooked up. - faulty eart maybee? Why doesnt it do it when i turn them off and back on again? only first time after start up? Lok great behind the angel eyes though!

Mine used to do that as well when I fist fitted them. The biggest pain is that it resets your computer so you loose the clocks and other data. I just left it alone and 2 weeks of resetting itself later it sorted itself out. someone else PM'd me asking for a solution about 5 months ago so will ask them if they still have the problem or if its sorted itself out as well.

What you can do if the second earth wont help is email mydepots and tell them you want a relay kit for your HID kit. I think they only want £15 or something like that because I was going to get it when I had the problem , but didn't in the end because like I've said it sorted itself out.

Here is the email I got from them:

"The relay harness is USD 30 shipped. But i think you can also get it from a local shop. If you want the relay harness, please send USD30 to [email protected] via PayPal and specify that you want a relay harness for the MD01 kit.

Best Regards,

Han Long"

#Cheers for the reply Han. Is it $30 for one relay harness delivered or for the pair (for both headlights)??

Cheers#

"Two bulbs use one relay harness. One relay harness is enough for a kit.

Best Regards,

Han Long"
