As the title says. I'm looking at purchasing and fitting these but can the factory pump be left connected or need to be removed? And do the cupra r or audi s3 injectors fit straight into cupra manifold? Are the other alternatives?
Thanks.

I was looking for a bit more bhp. The torque isn't a worry but you can rely feel it give up after 4500rpm. Have seen nd photo get his to 261bhp on stock injectors and pump. Ideally like to push it to around 260-280bhp. Just been told the only thing holding back is fueling?

I think ND is one of the only ones gettin that much, would be your turbo holding you back gettin anymore than that

dont take this the wrong way, but bollox...

your injectors wont stretch to that and your little k03s wont either

are you planning a hybrid or something, as if so, thats more plausable and would require larger injectors (386cc LCR ones for ~270bhp) or 550's if planning more..

std in tank pump if tired (it is old now) can be replaced with a sytec in tank unit..

if you are expecting to get 260bhp from your std k03s you will be disappointed

Nah I know the ko3s will need replacing/hybrid. And now I know the in tank unit can be replaced then that'll be the favoured option unless a second high flow can be added after the stock pump or will it still be restricted? Is there any alternatives to the cupra r or bosch 550cc? Or are these the best to get?

the bosch injectors or genesis are the best for 1.8t in my experience.
avoid siemens or green giants

Another option is to replace the in tank unit with the pump from the Audi S3, which is a 4 BAR rated VDO pump instead of the normal 3 BAR (small mod necessary). The sytec unit which Bill recommends has been tried & tested as well.

Exactly, I know 1 other chap which had similar power with the K03s (at same tuner), but normally you would end up somewhere between 230-250HP. I was very fortunate!

I see. Will have to look into these then. Then think about a hybrid or replacement turbo. On my budget it'll be a while tho.
