high revs when changing gear

got the new switch today and it seems to have made the problem worse so iv put the old one back on, weird

Picking mine up friday and it will be fitted saturday morning will let you know if it makes a difference to mine.

I had this problem with my last 2 LCR's, one with a standard map and the other remapped.The problem was so intermittent and hard to reproduce that i put it down to my clutch control.Also i remember reading other members had this problem with rev's staying high sometimes but it was classed as a, "feature" and nothing to really worry bout.

Can I ask if it was difficult job to change it and how much it was?

I changed mine and it was really easy, no tools needed you just unclip the plug and it just twists out literally a 2 minute job. The cost was about £13 can't remember the exact amount.
