Must admit Hobin's have always given me really good customer service. Had a Leon & now an Altea and they've always done me proud.

Just recently had my 10k service @ the bury branch. Top notch service both before during and after. These boys are the ones to visit!

The 'privilege' card I received through the post from the Hobin Group entitling me to 10% off servicing, mot's and repair costs aswell as buy 1 and get one free on tyres will also come in handy!

I bought my Leon from Hobin of Preston 2 years ago and also recieved one of these cards. .
Beware! I needed two new tyres, rang them up, asked for a price for them, £300. . I mentioned the card and they say that buy on get on e free offer is only on budget tyres but you can have the 10% off. .

Still not too bad, but I found that quite misleading!!
Apart from that, customer service has been very good, been in for warranty work a couple of times and always given a courtesy car so happy on that side of things :)

Hobins of Preston

I know this isn't about Bury but...

I bought my '07 Ibiza FR TDI 5 door, 12 months old with 3300 miles on the clock from Nidd Vale in Harrogate and had a great experience from them. At 2nd year service time I took it to Hobin Preston as it's my nearest dealer.

The car had 12,000 miles on it and they wanted over £600 for the stuff they wanted to do to it including the service.

Two very over priced tyres, (Got them a lot cheaper elsewhere) rear discs and pads, (didn't change them until the 3rd year service and they weren't done by Hobins then either) Air conditioning service £69 (my local garage charges half this price). I had my 3rd year service done at 21000 miles at my local independant garage as I'm not getting ripped off.

I understand they want/need to make money but if this is how they treat their customers, I'll not be one of them. [:@]

Think I should also add, been to Hobin of Bury a few times now for parts. Absolutely top notch service, always know what they are talking about and have not let me down yet. Got it right first time, everytime, and always happy to go that extra mile for a seat owner in need!
Have been looking at buying brand new from there and I can confidently say that I wont go anywhere else.
Haven't yet found a dealer of any make of car who instills such confidence as they do.

Bravo... Bravo
