Oh yea I'm on the list for that already thought it was something else for some reason.

The car is with AMD for an sfs tip and stage 1 map :p

Sat in Ikea restraint currently waiting for it to be ready. Had a phone call about 10 o clock cars been road tested and the egt sensor is throwing a fault but is ok for now

Have you seen the Bromley Pageant thread mate? It's going to be good! :D Come along!

Good stuff on the tip and the map. You'll love the drive home. Stay safe in the snow! You may notice it'll be tough to get the power down with this weather!

281 from just a map!?

what tourqe did you make?! u got a screenshot of the graph?!

281 is alot of power bet your glad you went to amd, r tech only make 280 with full saurst/filter/decat/badger5 tip/cold air intake/front mount.

so getting 281 with just a tip is awesome!! :worship: AMD King of remaps.

As long as your happy with it mate that's all that matters. People will always hate.

I'm more than happy with everything AMD done for me, the car is just so much better to drive. I had a discussion with Shaun (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) at AMD about people hating

my car had amd stage 2 map made 296hp and about same torque then on ***** rollers it mad 273hp and 290ish torque with amd map now got ***** map as was having hugh boost spikes of 30psi on amd map. But now bosts to 21psi and made 280hp and 310 torque and pulls alot smoother and right toredline on ***** map unlike before power droped off at 5500rpm

Well mine doesn't go near 30psi on AmD stage 2 so must just be your car that did that.

Mine holds 23psi and is very smooth.

As Charlie says, he's happy with it and that is what matters here :)

30psi is pretty much 2 bar which is HIGH. Only time mine hit this is when my N75 died.

Replaced it and never been above 1.6 bar since.

Mine made 275bhp on AMD rollers and just over 260bhp on another on just a stage 1 map. Tbh I'm not bothered because it's "dyno lottery" but my first RR can be the bench mark for me as I'm now ready for stage 2 after I fit my FMIC. It will just be used as a comparison for me so I can see how much MY car has progressed.

And just for the record I think AMD are a cracking bunch of lads and the customer service is great, even though they may be a tad more pricey than other tuners, I know if I have any issues it will be sorted without a problem.

I think too many people get to hung up on Dyno figures.
My car has only ever been on 1 set of rollers and I use the firgues from those sessions purely to see what increase I get when new parts are fitted.
There are far too many variables to take into account to say that one set of rollers is more accurate than another.

As has already been said so long as the owner is happy and the car drives well then happy days :D
