Hey all!

New to the site, but I thought someone might be able to help me out.

I noticed an air leak coming from the engine and identified a perished hose coming from under the manifold. I've bodged it for now with a bit of hose from a dishwasher (!) that happened to be the same size, but I'm trying to find the part code for the replacement hose. It was too perished to pull anything from the hose itself.

Any ideas??

edit: I'll get a picture up at lunch.

Seems I can't link to my image yet, so...

The hose runs from under the manifold, roughly in line with the dip stick, down the right hand side underneath roughly inline with the right hand side of the manifold.

Any tips would be much appreciated!

Sign up to this mate(it's free) and all the part numbers should be there once you find the right section. http://www.vagcat.com/epc/

If you post just the url up, i'll repost it as a linked pic for you if needed.

Nice one, I'll take a look!

Seems I can't even post a URL, even if I try and disguise it! Thanks anyway.

If anyone has an idea of the hose I'm talking about, can they let me know the ID in mm. I'm guessing I can replace it with some silicon hose cut down to size?

Had a dig around and i've got the part numbers for some of them 06A10321AF, 06A103221AH, 06A103221AF and 06A103213F If you google image them all you can see which is which. As for the ID can't help you on that.
