How do I remove my Front seats?

Hi guys, I know I am probably being a girl but how do I get my front seats out?

I've taken the black plastic off the runners but I cant find what bolts or screws etc I need to undo.

Any help much appreciated

Two small nuts at the front under the seat ( please disconnect battery if you're taking the seats out to avoid airbag issues) and then lift seat and move it backwards and it just sort of comes out of the runners

Thanks, Well I will have to wait for my Dad because I tried to undo those two and I couldnt even get them to budge so I thought they must have been wrong.

Are they the two black bolts that are just behind the plastic trim on the seat?

Yes - 8 or 10mm ( maybe 13mm thinking about it) I think - they're probably just tight - which is GOOD
