How do I unclip the front passenger door wiring harness from the car body?

Hello everyone,
Wondered if someone could possibly advise on how to unclip the front pasenger door wiring harness from the car body? (I am trying to take the door off in order to get at the rusty sill). I have released both sides of the ribbed rubber hose between the door and the car frame, and I can only see a plastic plug in the car frame which appears to be loose already, but won't just come out. The door side of the loom doesn't even have a plug as far as I can see, and the rubber hose covers the entire wiring into to the door with just a small hole to allow the cables through - it definitely doesn't look like it unplugs from the door side unless I have to take the door card off (again) to unplug something.

My gut is telling me that it unplugs from the car frame somehow by releasing the already wobbly plastic plug, but I cannot figure out how. Help please!

n/m - sorted. That was a little bit of a challenge, the plug is held in by tabs on the long sides of the plug, inside the car body. Screwdriver with gentle pressure each side and you can ease the plug out. Actually disconnecting the plug is worthy of a crystal maze challenge...
