How long have you been waiting for your FR?

Hi All, ordered a Yello Leon FR TDI from the lease company (Company Car) mid Dec. Lease company said it would be a long wait for Black & Silver colours but Red & Yellow availability not a problem, they had immediate access to them (standard spec). Finally had it delivered today, I discovered more to do with the Lease & Distribution companies dragging their heels rather than model availability. For those of you still waiting for a FR TDI, you won't be dissapointed, the engine is a gem, and the fat lump of torque from 2000 - 4000 rpm is a joy to drive with! Handling seems very good, even with new tires and greasy roads. I wasn't sure about the Yellow colour when ordering, but must say it looks awesome in the flesh, but it's always down to personal preference.

wanted a yellow couldn't get 1 for 13 weeks , red 13 weeks , black,luna grey,zenith grey 2-3 weeks should be here next week hopefully yippee !!!

Ordered zenith grey with bluetooth last Saturday - car found at port in UK monday should be able to collect in next 10 days from dealers. Initially was going for Brisa blue but changed mind - that would have been 12 weeks

Not an FR but a 2.0tdi Stylance. Its a lease car originally ordered on around October 12th. So im at around 14 weeks wait now. Delivery date has been put back 4 times. Apparently it missed the xmas shipping.
Latest delivery time was last week so I chased it up through the lease admin and they say theyre as frustrated as me. I doubt it!
Im going off Seat even before I get one.
