How low on 19's?

I have a seat leon 1.9tdi stylance.

What height options do i have for lowering it? And what would you recommenced on 19" wheels?

Being on 19's shouldn't make too much difference in itself as the rolling diameter of the wheel should be more or less the same as 18's or 17's because of the lower profile of the tyre. The offset of the wheel rather than its diameter is more likely to cause rubbing problems if you lower much more than 40-50mm.

Hopefully someone with 19's will correct me if I'm wrong.

This one is lowered by about 6cm front & back on 225/35/R19, 8,5J ET 38 if I read it right.
It will cause rubbing in the front wing if I'm not mistaken, but that can be solved by removing one screw on the inside of the fender and bending the piece it's attached to a bit, nothing drastic.

Thats what I had to do on mine.

He used an adjustable set from Vmaxx.
Personally I'd at least go for the FK silverline, but the vmaxx is a nice set.
