If i remember when i spoke to Awesome Andy, he said figures around 170bhp and 300lb/ft of torque. I may be wrong though.

I have 2004 FR TDI bought April 2004 first one sold by my dealer in Inverness Arctic Blue seen one other one since this is my fourth Ibiza in a row N reg white GTI R reg Kiwi Cupra and Black 51 reg Cupra been happy with all bit worried now about residual values though having lots of thoughts about next car

I've had mine for nearly 18 months now and I've only ever seen at most 4 other FRs in that time, TDi or 20VT.

Eighteen owners so far – quite an exclusive club. It make the 200 or so Fabia VRSs on Briskoda look common as muck.

you might start seeing more of the re-vamped FR when its released cos it looks the bollox - which I am not too happy about as its getting 17" alloys standard and the cupra bumpers. Of course the price tag should keep it reasonably exclusive, no corsas here

Well I picked mine up today, and have only just got back in from being out from 3pm! The grin factor is amazing, very stable ride, and seems to stick to the road. Mainly done motorway miles today, and is very comfortable on them. Another good thing...I've got a Seat Touring car jacket that was sorted for me and left in the boot...nice surprise.
