I personally don't think mileage is an issue. It's things like brakes. Suspension components etc are things that perish ! As long as the engine is serviced there should be no issues.
 
2003 Cupra t 103k, previous owner had cam belt done at 94k, problems so far, cts went, boot leak, split/perished pipes, cam tensioner gasket and knackered combi valve, all cheap easy fixes thanks to ebay :)
 
Oh forgot, coil pack blew after remap and had a new thermostat about 2 months ago

FR 150 tdi - 65500 miles

bought the car about 1 month back and have done 1500 miles in it,

New clutch - courtesy of the garage
No 3 cylinder glow plug - garage, they said it wasn't a genuine seat part and bent!
new plumbing to rear wash jet - garage
car is currently sat on my drive waiting to be picked up tomorrow for a new alternator! all covered within 28 days of ownership but im stuck driving a 1.4 ibiza st!?

car came with 12 month warranty, but hopefully this is the end of the problems....
 
156.756 miles and still plenty more to do lads haha not sure on parts as i bought her second hand but iv replaced MAF obvs tyres and little bits
 
My 2005 FR 1.8 has done 60k 4000 of which I've done since I got it in April.
Reconnected rear washer pipe. Door seals failed.
Key fob failed.

126k still going strong :p just had new Discs and Pads + REAR BEAM AXLE MOUNT BUSHES, rocker cover gasket, dog bone mount Bush.
