Just bought my 2002 cupra t it has 116000. Couple of little probs but bodywork is great and I love it . Still pulls like a train.

55 plate Mk 1 1.9 TDI FR+, from new, and just done 83000.0 miles gliding down the M40

Had P-Torque stage 1 remap at 21K and it's been great. The only failures have been a rear wheel bearing grinding itself to bits and a rear front-wishbone bush disintegrating

I'm now at the stage that I think it is old enough to tinker a bit more, so that's Allard pipework, decat turbo back Milltek, EGR delete, Bilsteins and Eibach Pro springs, front and rear arbs. Just going to try some Polyflex front mounts and wishbone bushes (been reading Willies threads about handling - so true!).

Just did a 100mile round-trip on the A34 (granny-ing a bit) and got over 60mpg avg door to door - but then it goes like stink when you want to. What's not to like about remapped diesels?

Only needed 2 wheel bearings and 2 wishbone rear bushes and 3 coil packs in 47k
