How much sound proofing material do I need?

I want to sound proof my front doors and the spare wheel bay/boot area.

I was thinking of using silent coat. How much would I need? They do 20, 40 and 80 sheets measuring 375x250mm.

I have also seen this on Amazon. Does anyone have any experience of using it?

Should be enough for 2 doors and boot there.

I got 10 sheets of Silent Coat size 180 x 250 and that was enough for both front doors, so I would imagine at the size you mentioned 20 would be more than enough with some left over as spare.
