How to disable alarm without key

The key won't pair up at all but it unlocks and turns the engine on but alarm goes off every 5 mins is there a wire or fuse I can take out to stop this happening

Might just be a useless comment but try pushing the button down by the drivers door. I believe that deactivates the alarm, unless i'm wrong.

That disables the interior sensors, not the alarm. There is no simple way of disabling the alarm, otherwise our cars would be top of the 'most stolen' list!!

Unlocking and turning the engine over uses the physical key, but the alarm relies on the chip inside the key which is the bit that seems to be failing for you. Are you sure the key has still got one?
