how to diy fit lowering springs

been looking thru forum for a guide to fitting diy lowering springs tips and hints etc any one know of one i cant find any thanks chris

You cant do it unless you've got a set of spring clamps to compress the spring, otherwise you wonte be able to remove the old ones safely and put the new ones on
