I have a cupra leon 2021. When i want to use android auto, it work well with usb cable. When unplug the cable, android auto is gone.
Any way to get it working? The 3 icons (apple/AA/mirrorlink) changed to grey when unplugged.

Thanks

You need to ensure your connected both the Bluetooth and the in car WiFi.

Sometimes however, it can be your phone software rather than the car. My personal phone works (almost) perfectly, my work phone however needs the cable.

No way that S24 Ultra does not work wireless. My Samsung A34 works...
It was so easy that I don't remember specific way, the only thing I remember was that you need to have car wifi working, BT paired mobile and then for the first time use cable and I have some confirmation on the phone as well (just follow the instructions). Pretty easy setup.
Try to reset unit, setup wifi, pair BT and plug your phone.

But what I don't like, if you set up two devices (I did that for myself and second device for my wife's phone when she is driving), if you are in a car with both devices, you are NOT able to disconnect any of them at all, AA reconnect automatically. Even if you turn off BT on your device, AA re-enable it again in order to keep connection. This is very annoying when in a car together and wife want to call via mobile, not via car - this is impossible!

What I do default with Android phones, is indeed connect over Bluetooth. That works for the phone of my wife and myself.
What I additionally do on my phone is connect my car wifi with the hotspot on my Android phone. I do that by setting my car to connect automatically to my phone's hotspot. On my phone I have an automation running (with Bixby of Samsung) that automatically switches my phone's hotspot on when the specific bluetooth connection to my car is made.
