How to make a visual check of this fuse?

Got tips from this forum that this fuse might be ”cracked”, not blown(?) and causing my type of problem.
Power steering suddenly doesn’t work on rare occasions when driving. OK when restarting the engine.
How to replace or make a visual check on this fuse? Seems to be integrated in some way???

Fusebox needs replacing when it blows

use a multimeter to test for continuity or just test for voltage on both sides

unlikely that’s your issue as the current would melt a poor connection
