How to remove alternator (TDI 110)...Help! Advice please ASAP!!

As the title says.....

Looks pretty tight in the engine bay.....have removed the intake pipe to get better access to tensioner and alternator but still unable to fathem out how to take alternator off??

Any tips, advice or general info would be really greatfuly rec'd guys - need the car for friday
