how to replace the knock sensor?

ANybody know where the knock sensor is in relation to being able to change it?

Seems mine has thrown faults up while in the garage, any idea on location and price would be grateful

Front of the engine under the inlet manifold, theres 2

front of the block, above the oil filter (can't remember if there's 4 or 2)

Look under the inlet manifold and youll see a bracket with i think 3 multiplugs on, follow the 2 identical ones... youll see the sensors bolted to the block.

ah i had to move those to fit the oil temp sensor in top of the housing, i assume they are pretty easy to replace then

The timing on vag-com pulls back when sittign in neutral and blipping the engine, even with a stock ecu etc.

Well nothing at the moment, but i will look at this.
