Ok guys here is the problem. I need to replace the drivers side rear wishbone bush, but as Christmas is just round the corner (plus I'm saving hard for my wedding next year
) I don't have much in the way of available cash.
If I replace all four bushes with OEM ones it's only going to set me back about £30 + fitting (local garage has quoted me £60, if only I had a 2 ton press I could fit them myself), or about £120 if I go down the powerflex route. I would prefer to do the latter due to the extra rigidity, but I just cant justify the extra £80 pounds.
According to ETos I need to order
Front - 357 407 182 x2
Rear - 1JO 407 181 x2
But Cupra R bushes are 8NO 407 181B
Are the Cupra R bushes any different, if they are would I benefit in anyway by fitting these instead?
