humming noise on my mk3 ibiza

Just been driving my car today and my TCS and ABS light came on and stayed on,then when i put my foot on the brake pedals it was making a noise and pedal feels a bit wired when i aply my foot on it. Then when i came to a stop and switched my ignition off there was a noise coming from this ? i took a fuse out to stop it but if i put the fuse back in it makes a humming noise

maybe new abs pump time matey and fault lights come on?

i was thinking possibilities of abs sensor dirty, front brake pads in need of changing. If it is a new abs pump needed how much that going to set me back ?
