you cannot make a mechanically laggy setup spool at will...
forget the 400bhp figures from 2871, dream land

2500-3000 is better than the k04 is now ffs

your expectations of power vs spool are wildly at odds with each other

EFR twin scroll units have reputedly good spool and power but I have not seen one in the flesh to comment first hand (yet)

so the 2871 is not the right one

I have checked EFR and they seem good but as you said, i haven't seen anyone tried it yet

the thing is, not much people in my area would really understand and help regarding the turbo engines which makes me going for Turbo setup has been tried and recommended

my aim is a daily drive car with lots of power up to 400 HP but it seems i won't be able to do it without proper guiding and suggestions

as suggested before the GT2860rs would be good for my set up

what you think about that or you have a better common option ???

GT2860RS will do 330-350bhp with supporting mods, maybe a little more, but the spool wont be like you said, and what you said was faster than your existing k04 would manage also.

Does your car have a diff?
If not then your 400bhp number would be spun away majority of the time anyhow

As I said previously your wishes of spool are at odds with your power number
If you came to me for 400bhp I would be building a GT30 based setup

GT30 on tubular manifold, cams on rodded AUM engine example below

And im not running k04 at the moment, mine is k03 with AUQ engine code
Ill rebuild the engine, pistons, rods , valvs, to withstand 500+ hp
so i need a turbo set up that will take me to hight hp but faster spool
Let's say the boost will be from 2500-3000 rpm upto 7500 rpm

What do u suggest and what would be the max hp ill get ???

he means a limited slip differential (LSD) from the likes of quaife, peloquin, etc

that would be for the AWD cars

550 CC injectors, 044 fuel pump
Hyprid K04 with relentless equal length exhaust manifold
3 " downpipe with sport cat
and all the other things to add


will it take me to 350 hp ????

A LSD is possibly the best thing you can do to a high power FWD car, no point having lots of power and torque if you cant put it down and use it, I fitted a quaiffe lsd to one of my old cars, was the best thing I ever did.

Nor is everything else you're planning on doing but that's the joy of modifying cars. It's going to be pointless spending a shed load of money to get the power you want if you can't actually put that power down on the road

Just buy an fq400 and be done with it! Or drive the car to someone who mods cars tell him what you want and leave him too it! Simples

add wmi and "possibly" if mapped well
