Could be grundig, they made the radio in the mk3's and mk4's as far as I know.

But I'm just taking a stab in the dark so don't quote me on that.

Quickest way is to pull it out, it will more than likely still have the manufacturer sticker on it.

The head unit is Blaupunkt, dont know about the speakers, i know that for a fact because i just checked my old head unit, had to have it replaced because the screen got cracked.

It has loads of letters and numbers on it, i will try and take a pic to post it later.
