Ibiza coolant problem!!!

Need to drain the coolant off my seat ibiza 2000 (Mk3) chill 1.4. Cant find the drain plug underneath the radiator.
Kindly Suggest!!

hi ya..thnx for ur reply...wud appreciate if u cud pls explain in bit more detail...
is tht hose inserted with a clip or somethin?? whereabts is tht hose exactly located??
am bit naive with this...

its a rubber pipe on the bottom of the radiator, should be attached with a clip yeah
