Hi guys, new here!

Currently got a mk4 golf tdi pd130 (mapped to 167bhp & 305lb) and I'm getting a bit bored of it! the ibiza cupra tdi 160 seems quite appealing with a remap but cant seem to find many figures online about 0-60 times, does anyone have any to share? (i am aware diesels are more about 30-70 power but im just curious about the 0-60s to compare to mine)

As much as i'd like an lcr i just dont think i could afford the running costs with me doing over 20k a year....

recon there would be much noticeable difference between mine and a mapped ibiza cupra tdi?

Cheers

been looking around and spoke to awesome gti which has put me off slightly due to the dpf removal which i hear can be a right pain.... (seems they wont touch a dpf due to provious problems)

Where's your 0-60 at?

Also I reckon darkside developments could deal with the dpf, did you check out that link I posted? The Mk5 jetta with the BKD engine running over 300bhp? 0-60 I think is about 5 or 6 seconds.

Yeh it may be fun but you have to put up with having a clio and they're built like poopoo. Just sayin like lol. It also uses a lot more fuel than the tdi to do that, no chance of zooming about and still getting at least 40 odds per gallon.
Friend had a clio 1.5 td, what a total bag of nails and a total nightmare of a thing, my dad always has renaults too, I hate the things with a passion, they're just such stupidly put together machines with awful electrics.
Fun is one thing but your mate can keep his renault, I'd have my poxy Mk4 golf tdi over it any day.
