ibiza fmic/bumper wont go

just bought and fitted a forge fmic on my pd130 all ok apart from when i tried to put tthe bumper back on...... it seems both the top and bottom hoses catch on the bumper...... anyone ha these problems? and solutions please. cheers chris

You have to cut the bumper in the places it rubs, look in FAQ section under FMIC!

have you looked on the forge site they have a fiting guid for the fmic and show the bits you need to cut
also you need to tie wrap the pipes together to pull the bottom one up to clear the fog light, its just a bit of trial and error

where does it explain the bits to cut? ah i see so i was fiddlin about 4 ages trying to move the hoses around and stuff.... is there much needed to be cut off the bumper?

the tubes swell and expand as you give it the right boot..... just worried about hoses rubbing....

they are made of thick silicon they wont expand and go pop!
