Ibiza Rear Diffuser Choice

Hello everyone,
I’m planning to make a modification to the rear bumper diffuser on my Ibiza.
What do you think about the look achieved by extending the original exhaust over the Style trim’s diffuser? (I edited the photos using AI.)
Would this have any legal consequences? Only the downward-facing exhaust tip would be redirected outward.
Which option would you choose?

I was thinking about this exhaust before. But the price and modify the diffuser scared me away.
