Thanks,i think i will get better mpg then my last car(mg zr 1.8 16v 160bhp)plus it doesn't feel that much different in acceleration.
I used to own a mk3 ibiza cupra in yellow but someone in a van went into the back of it and even though it went to a very good body shop to get repaired i could still see the difference in yellow so i sold it,plus i have allways wanted a diesel.

the engine is just about run as well, so you will be getting the best from in in respects to power / economy if its been well serviced and in good order.
