What kind of power will I be looking at? And also what else would I need bar a remap?

Your gonna need a lot of stuff...Bigger Injectors, Bigger MAF, Downpipe, High-Flow Cat, Front Mount Intercooler, Turbo Inlet Pipe, Uprated Diverter Valve, 4-Bar Fuel Pressure Regulator, 4-Bar Fuel Pump, manifold and probably a new clutch!

I've probably missed a few things as well

While were on the subject..... what kind of BHP figures will I see with

Stage 1 map
BMC
Forge TIP
Blueflame sports CAT and DP
FMIC

Easy 200+?

Suitable exhaust manifold, custom downpipe + full exhaust system, turbo intake pipe, custom oil feeds and poss cololant feeds to turbo, Injectors, larger maf, larger induction kit, large FMIC, upgraded clutch and flywheel while your at it.

Plus the obvious of upgraded brakes and suspension.

That will take you to around 330bhp for an IHI conversion.

Any more and you need Upgraded Fuel pump, Upgraded internals.

my IHI on P20 housing is running 342bhp and 363 lb/ft!! total cost so far on engine is roughly 7k!!! ooops!!
