I got my repaired car back in October and despite the initial issues and poor communication, I would now recommend them. This is for mainly one reason though as they got my £350 excess back to me in 2 weeks. My insurer esure said it would take 4 to 6 months. So I would definitely use them again as no insurer has ever got my excess back that quick before
