Hi everyone,
Today I was updating to version 1988. I uploaded the files to the USB stick, started the upgrade process, and it got stuck and has been stuck in the boot process ever since.

Does anyone know how I can restore it?

Nothing to do, as soon as I start the car or connect the battery cable this screen immediately appears without giving any option to install or choose a boot disk.

In the first link there are 2 files in the bottom tha say recov.
Use one or another and do what is inthe manual. Use 2 pen drives, 1 for recov and other to the firmware.

Service Procedure  Refer to Technical Bulletin 00-19-04 (2054866) Set up SD/USB Creator to Obtain Software Updates.  Use USB part number xxxxxxxxxxxxx.  Switch the ignition to the OFF position.  Connect the MTRMSP0702 battery maintainer/charger to the vehicle’s battery.  Insert the USB recovxxxxxxxx into the front USB-C connection.  Switch the ignition to the ON position.  Hold the “On/Off” button on the MIB display for a minimum of 10 seconds, then release.  At this point, it may take up to 5 minutes to the system to start and initialize.  If after 5 minutes, there is no response from the system, the above process may be repeated.  If the recovery attempt is successful, the following screen may appear on the MIB display and additional files may install at this time.

Hi, I created a pen drive with the recovery and one with the update. I followed the guide but the screen doesn't change and it doesn't do anything.

Es sieht aus, als hätten Sie Ihr Gerät beschädigt. Haben Sie den Akku 30 Minuten lang angeschlossen?
