How do you get injector seats into the inlet manifold?

They look as tho they screw in but I have no idea what to do them up with?:confused:

Not sure bout these but they look like they screw in, and they look to be hex so to me it says there a simple screw in jobbie

Yeah but mine are different to those, they got D at the end of the part number and mine are C with a shallower tip.

Thats a massive hex what would you fit in there, I guess theres a special tool?

Knowing vag mate yes they have a special tool for everything, its so damn annoying, im firing up erwin now to see what it says mate and will post any usefull printscreens for you, handy i got acsess to it :D

Mine are nothing like them, mine are like your first pic.

I got 20mm hex in mine.....not sure where I'm going to find a 20mm hex bit tho :(

I got em out with a screwdriver and a hammer but I can't get the new ones in!

At first I didnt realise they were threaded I just thought they were ribbed so they didnt pop out.

Looks like I need a 20mm hex key or a 20mm heeded bolt.....I'll see what I can find tomorrow.

I will seal them.....there bloody tight as it is tho :D

Both are quite a rarity and not widely used on cars, so you can either buy the socket i showed you or as said a 20mm bolt if you can find 1
